UCC sandwich programmes are available for interested applicants to apply. There are different kinds of sandwich programmes available which you must check and apply to.

There are so many things you must know about sandwich programmes before applying to study them. So in this article, I will throw more light on the topic and also give you the available programmes at the University of Cape Coast.

Sandwich programmes – What are they?

Sandwich programmes refer to a tertiary degree course that includes normal classroom lectures in combination with an On-Job-Training (OJT) which is also referred to by many as an internship.

The student has two options during this form of study. The student can study for a while before going for an internship the rest of the semester or the student can choose to break for an internship every semester. These options are the student’s decisions to make. In most cases, sandwich programmes take longer to graduate compared to regular programmes.

With my explanation of what sandwich programmes are, you can easily get the meaning of UCC sandwich programmes from there.

There are sandwich programmes for both on-campus and off-campus applicants.
