KNUST application portal Functions
You can locate the KNUST application portal on the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology website.
The major function of the KNUST application portal is to help you complete your application. It is the same portal that will help you to track the status of your application.
You can see a screenshot of the admission portal below. I will explain each of the functions in the easiest way possible for you to understand.
Apply online
The Apply online button is usually used by returning students who wish to further their studies. New applicants can also use the same option to file KNUST online application.
A login Identification Number or Serial number and login pin code are required to grant access to the user. Note that these login details are the serial number and pin code on your application voucher.
Ghanaian applicants can purchase KNUST application vouchers online or from any post office across the country. International applicants will purchase their KNUST voucher when they click on the Generate logins button and follow through with the process.
Generate logins
This option is for online international applicants only. The button is used to generate logins for the applicant.
These logins will then be used to access the application forms and the applicant can now apply to study at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
This option is only for international applications so Ghanaian applicants are not allowed to use this option.
Login
The login button is for applicants who did not finish their application for one reason or the other. These applicants can use this option to log into the KNUST application portal to continue their application.
Note that you will be required to log in with your Login ID or Serial Number and pin code.
Book accommodation
As the name suggests, this is where applicants who wish to book accommodation go. It is an easy process and doesn’t require much explanation.
All you have to do is click on the button and fill out a couple of forms and you are ready to go. You should also do well to check my earlier article about KNUST halls. This will help you get familiar with the accommodation system that KNUST offers.
