KNUST student mail
This is an institutional email account given to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology after a successful KNUST admission. It helps them to communicate by email with the university and their colleagues.
The email is accessible from any device with an internet connection and no matter the location, you can still log in and access the information you need.
How To Log into the KNUST student mail
- Go to stdmail.knust.edu.gh. Note that this URL is only for accessing KNUST student mail. The page should look similar to the one in the image above.
- Log into the account by entering your given username and password.
If you want to receive something from someone through your email, give them your KNUST email address and they should be able to receive it. The email client gives you up to 1GB of space to store your files.
Note that the KNUST student mail is active only for four years. Which means you will never be able to access it after you have graduated from the university.
KNUST staff mail
The KNUST staff mail is an email address given to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology employees. This email allows them to communicate with students and other institutions that demand communication through an official email.
The KNUST staff mail is almost the same as the KNUST student mail. However, the staff mail is hosted on a sub-domain different from the student mail. You will understand what I mean if you are about to log into your staff mail.

- Enter your given username and password to log in.
Note that you will have similar features to that of the student mail and you get to keep the email as long as you are an employee of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
